Seriously, was is Conner in? Awesome stat line tonight with 2 rebounds and 1 foul with nothing else.

While Crawford turns it over he at least can create a shot for him and others. Put him over Conner.

Conner has no motor at all. Like he is sleep walking and in slow motion. Everything we do is one on one and no team ball on offense. Defense is very poorly coached with constant mismatches. When you add all that up with poor recruiting this is what you get.

Hey Dan showed up on the Dawg post game with Cotton and apologized for not coming out the last game (hopefully someone got on to him since he hasn't showed up to Cotton 4 out of the 5 losses this season).

Says we are a young team and missing three key players from last years and will get better as the season goes along.

Says our season starts when conference play does.

Says next 5 games are teams that can win our conference.

I didn't think it was that bad. Duquesne is much better than Miami.

Good to see Crawford developing a good role on this team. We need more of that. McKey needs minutes. He has sat for a long time during the past season and a half. He makes mistakes but he can give us good minutes off the bench.

I just think Dan needs to change the offense up some. He can't run the same stuff that he had with Taylor and Kinsey. He needs to run more high-low action with Martin and Obinna. We don't need OAK 20 feet from the basket.

I would rather see Pruett over Conner and Fricks at this point. Dan needs to play an extended zone more often. This isn't a very good man defensive team.

So he thinks OOC isn't part of the season? He needs fired for making a dumb statement like that. Why do people buy tickets for these games? And I guess we are the only team that loses players. So sick of the excuses.

I didn?t get to attend tonight, but the box score is interesting. Nutter didn?t play much at all, but Pruett did. Conner and Fricks minutes way down. Mckey and Crawford way up. That?s a big change from Saturday. I?m not giving up on them.

I can?t stand hearing that. We don?t treat OOC that way in football.

Why would we even sell season tickets for OOC basketball games if he thinks of them not that big of a deal.  If I was local no way I would buy tickets for that type of thoughts.  The Sun Belt will never get better if coaches don?t play and beat decent OOC teams.  Who cares if the league only gets one team in the NCAA tournament. Working to get better should be the plan from all schools.

Post game Danny went back to the they are 23-24 years old and we were playing Pruett lol. I almost ripped the knob off my radio when he said that again for the 100th time. He never mentions Obinna is in his 4 th year. Or Voyles and Curfman are seniors. Or he has 3 guys on the bench that are 23-24. Martin is a junior. Poor Dan is the only one that loses players and stays young.

There is no rah rah in losing. I just choose not to be a miserable fan and let the AD do his job. I?ll buy tickets as long as I am able, I?ll go to as many games as I can and enjoy Marshall sports. Life is too short to choose to be miserable. This is fun, not life and death. I think this team can turn it around. If they don?t, I?ll be disappointed but I?ll be back next year.  That?s what fans do.

I'm not miserable either. I accept they have hit bottom 2 of the last 3 years with Dan. And if you enjoy watching this team then you much not have much more to do in life lol. I'm happy you enjoy this and are still a fan supporting what this program has become. You are special for sure.
