  • Here is my observation on current football operations and posts.
    1.  Overall, Huff has done a poor job in his position.  While he has a couple of good wins, he cannot get any consistency of play from the team.  He also lacks in player development.  Finally, his communications are great when we win big but are absolutely terrible on all other areas.
    2.   Team is in disarray right now.  Meaning, he has lost control and he has many players looking at alternatives.   Why, because he is not developing them, demeans their abilities and takes NO responsibility for their play.
    3.   MU is in a sad state.  They have a football coach who thinks he is big time and a basketball coach who cannot coach the basics of the game.  Both the same.  Big heads with small results.  Both need to go.
    4.   MU Fans and Francher.  It is not that we did not like him but rather the coaches who provided him squat.  Meaning, player development non exisisted, play calling stunk and Huff not knowing how to handle the kid nor the community.

  • I cannot understand how the fan treatment of Fancher is such a hot topic right now. His on-field performance warranted fans being critical of him at times (many times). Any other fanbase at any level would and should be critical when the on-field results are as poor as they were most of the year. I do not think ALL of the blame is on Cam since the offensive line was putrid most of the year, but the Tackles, Guards, and Center did not miss wide-open 5-yard passes or throw into triple coverage.

The bottom line these players need to thicken up their skin. If they want more NIL money and fans to stand behind them they must perform to a certain standard. In my professional job, if I do not perform to a certain standard, my managers and customers will be highly critical of my work and maybe even call me out.

Trickett must take a ton of blame as well. Poor QB development, terrible play calling in many situations.

We can be critical but I don't believe in calling a kid trash, worthless, a pussy, etc. I know its social media and open season on anyone and anything, but don't think a personal attack does anyone anygood.

  • Fancher received what any D1 QB that was set up for failure gets. Its that simple. Whether it was Trickett or Fancher doesn't matter, Huff is the manager and responsible. Go to ANY P5 school and produce MU offense type numbers even against p5s, you are getting booed. Isn't necessarily toward Fancher whom seems like a great kid. But the process and the program. Thats Huffs fault. Now he's lising it because he can't fix it.

I mean, Fancher's own mom came out and said what Huff said was BS.
