If DD would have given the opponent's strength credit and played a zone to start, it is hard to tell what the score might be.  We gave them 15 early points, exactly as DD said they'd score, but no special way to try to stop them.

Actually one of the few things they are doing well is offensive rebounds. They just can't make the gimme after the rebound

We get close and then APPY pulls away again.  They seem to score with ease in the paint, and driving to the hole and finish with NO HERD RESISTANCE!  As of now OAK is 1 for 13 or 14! Yet he keeps firing away from the outside, now about 2 for 15!

And in the vaunted DANNY "POTENT" Man-to Man D, they keep getting a big man isolated on Curfman on the inside for easy scores, which shows our players aren't properly coached in playing that kind of switching "D" or just can't play it!!  Either way, it's "ALL ON FRAUDTONI"!!

Turned it on with about 3 minutes left in the game. Spent the evening reading. Wasn't interested in the game at all.

Remember when Dan used to brag about our offense and 100 points was the goal. Now we are scoring in the 50s. This looks worse than the Jirsa, Freeman and Herrion days. Danny has completely got away from what he preached as a coach. Now we have a bunch of long slow players that has zero quickness.

I'm really starting to think he is losing it upstairs how he is recruiting. He will end up leaving this program in shambles if he is here a couple more years.

Want to know why OAK had a horrible game? Because app St guards and don't let people get open looks very often. Oak thinks he is an all American when he gets to put up practice shots in a game. But when he is guarded, this is what you get.

And don't you love Danny's switching man? How many times was Curfman guarding 6'11" Huntley lol? What a sad state of a program we have become.

Dan doesn't realize he might have to win 5 games down in Florida.

The SBC tourney champ might get beat by 40 in the 1st round of the Tournament. Bad basketball and lame atmospheres. Spears and Smith will hopefully find a coach that wants to win.

This was the first time I've watched them all season. I tuned in at the start of the second half and bailed 5 minutes in. Talk about bad basketball. Wow!

C'mon svherd.  After TEN Seasons, Danny has not only had enough time to read "College Basketball Coaching for Dummies" cover to cover SEVERAL TIMES, but also enough time to have MEMORIZED the whole damn thing!!!

Has NO business being in his position for as long as he has with his very, very Average to Mediocre overall record.  He'll end his MU tenure at or barely above .500 during his time in H-town, and MU's basketball program won't be one iota better off overall than on the day he stepped into the HERD job!!!

Any opposing coach that is halfway competent can easily scheme against Danny's switching defense. 
Step 1: have the player Curfmans guarding bring the ball up the floor.
Step 2: have your center come to top of the and key pretend that he is going to set a pick. Curfman and Martin will switch men they are guarding creating two mismatches. 
Step 3: have the center roll to the basket. 
Step 4: have the center post-up Curfman. 
Step: 5 throw the center the ball. 
Step 6: the center lays it in for an easy basket and a possible and-1 if another player comes over late to try to help. 
Step 7: Rinse and repeat.
