I hope at the end of the season that the solution is to NOT get rid of the assistant coaches as a way to keep the head man who has never shown any inclination for change. This program can not take another year or two of the way the man handles the basketball roster. He is the head man. He lets players stick around for 5 or 6 years that bring nothing to the basketball table.
We have a 76-year old stubborn coach who is set in his ways. He wants choir boys for recruits. He won't adjust during games. He never turns during a game and asks assistants questions.
