In May of 1979, a young Delaware Senator by the name of Joe Biden, gave an eloquent speech to the Marshall University graduates that day.  I remember saying to my wife that that man could be president one day.  Today is a historic day in America history and that Senator, now President, did the best thing in stepping down.
