    I agree, but we really should have beat them by more like 17-21 points last year.

  • Have been following the sports in the Roanoke, VA, newspaper (www. Roanoke.com) for a while and will continue to do so as football season rapidly approaches.  Tech will go into this season with more veterans and better prepared offensively than they did in 2023.  For one thing, they won't have a former MU quarterback around to muck things up.  The guy who was starting/playing at the seasons end, when Tech won 3 or 4 straight games is a legitimate dual threat, running and passing.  Name is Drones.  Tech HC Pry is also confident with the other offensive weapons he has to go along with Drones.  MU is going to have to put some points on the board if they hope to come out of Blacksburg with a "W"!!
