I am not doubting you and If I am reading between the lines; this is a really bad situation for Marshall. He should be terminated at once. Just think of the legal liabilities with the government and possible lawsuits. It would be terrible publicity for Marshall. Brad better be on top of this situation if it is true and terminate him.

Yes we gave her a contract extension and gave a baseball coach under 500 with NO suitors an extension, but the guy who just won?t the SB East and coach of the year is walking out that door because of an offer the admin knew he and his agent would not accept, just to placate egos.

At this point I would take Kayo back over this AD.

It will be an interesting test to see if Brad will do the correct thing and fire Spears. This might be a big test for Brad concerning athletics at Marshall. Kayo certainly had his faults, but at least he ran the athletic department without scandals.
