    & we played in the conference champ game that season, too

    not near the outrage over an expired contract back then

    (for the record, i was 100% for letting doc's contract expire & moving on)

    Yeah, the similarity with Doc is funny. In Doc?s 4th season he went - you guessed it - 9-3 and we had to travel to Rice for the championship game. Exactly where we are in Huff year 4.  Big difference is Doc had a stud filled team returning for 2014.

    I would have felt a lot worse losing Doc after 2013 than losing Huff after this year.
