The optics for me are guy negotiated himself out of a job and was forced to take the second worst job in FBS this year, next to Kent State.  Marshall moved on and never looked back.  The end.

Let me understand this, Huff did not want a buyout agreement in his contract.  Why would you not want a buyout agreement.?  Maybe it is because you want to leave easier.
