I don't like to lose, and that isn't so much because it is just a football game, but because defeat means the failure to reach your objective. I don't want a football player who doesn't take defeat to heart, who laughs it off with the thought, 'Oh, well, there's another Saturday.' The trouble in American life today, in business as well as in sports, is that too many people are afraid of competition. The result is that in some circles people have come to sneer at success if it costs hard work and training and sacrifice.- Knute Rockne

  • This is good news and possibly confirms what we have been told concerning NIL money.  Pretty sure he left UNLV team around same time as their starting qb due to broken promises regarding NIL money.

If he?s signing here, then we are giving him some decent  NIL money.   Hopefully we are in on the qb too!

  • The UNLV QB indicated he was leaving due to NIL money, but Michael Allen announced that he did not leave due to NIL money and had not received any.  He stated he left because UNLV Coaching staff made misrepresentations on the program.

  • Didn't realize Jordan Houston had another year. That very good for MU
"Too many people are thinking of security instead of opportunity; they seem more afraid of life than of death"  – James F. Byrnes

Government is the most dangerous institution known to man. Throughout history it has violated the rights of men more than any individual or group of individuals could do: it has killed people, enslaved them, sent them to forced labor and concentration camps, and regularly robbed and pillaged them of the fruits of their expended labor. ~ JOHN HOSPERS

  • We need to build the trenches both sides of the ball.

We have a ton of holes right now.

if he stays watch out for Herd?s #27 Theodule.  He?s going to be very good if given the chance. I also like DE Ward.  Now get chris thomas, myrick and foster back.  Moten is going to cost.  I?m surprised he didn?t declare.

  • Allen transferred to UNLV from NC State.  With him and Houston potentially coming back, we will be OK in backfield.

  • And assuming Gibson can keep Anthony Quinn the HS RB from Georgia then he is already building continuity for the future.
