I would like to see a "state of west virginia" battle but it is not life or death for anybody.

Just sit back, let MU keep getting bigger on what they have and watch as WVU loses a little of their so called empire each year.

If MU doesn't, then why is your AD willing to sign a 2-1?  If you have risen to the almighty of power positions, then why is your AD willing to sign a 2-1?  

Do you know something Marcum doesn't?  If so, you better get him on the horn and tell him how wrong he is, how misguided he is, how he apparently just doesn't get it like you do.  

You're right it isn't life or death for anyone, but since your AD is willing to sign a 2-1 then it must be more so "life or death" for MU than WVU.

You're right, mu doesn't need WVU, they WANT WVU. Big difference. Except marshall people aren't always honest about what they want and need while accusing WVU of everything wrong under the sun.

Marshall can't just be happy with their success so far; can't just pay their dues because according to marshall fans, they've already done that by winning all those games in I-AA.

A reality check was a late score of Marshall 31 WVU 28 after WVU blew a 28-3 lead. :o
That's when WVU suddenly didn't want to play MU no more.

Yes WVU won that game 42-31, BUT............you mutha fu<kas was scared as hell. :-P

So, to say MU wants WVU, is partially true.
We want to show the state that MU has arrived and beat the hell out of WVU in proving it.

But now we realize that WVU needs us just as much as we want to play them.

Man are you so right.  Nothing would be finer than to have the Herd line up against you wannabes to once and for all find out just how big and bad the mighty ears really are.  Sadly though that want happen because of the restitution we owe you for a contract that never really was.  You boys ought to fire both Hardesty and Pastilong for their ineptness to negotiate and get a signed contract before supposedly clearing the schedule to play us.  Those two screwed up and want us to pay for it...no thanks, bub.
