  • Hey Aaron ...

Are you the guy that lost the bet on HerdNation ... where if Marshall went 0-7 you could not post there for the rest of the year?

If so ... wanna bet on this game?

  • okay, tell ya what ...

I honestly believe we can beat Rice tomorrow if we play a perfect game. In saying that ... it will not happen because we have a suck *ss coach who will not have a good game plan nor the adjustments needed during the course of the game. You have spoke out against those like me who dislike Snyder "as a coach" and what more of a perfect way to shut my pie hole ... then to prove me wrong.

I bet you we will get beat by Rice tomorrow.

If you decide you want to take this bet ... the wages will be as followed.

If Marshall wins ... I will not post another direct comment towards Mark Snyder (in any shape, manner or form) until next year.

If Marshall loses ... you can not post on HerdFans until next year

Are you man enough to step up to the plate?

"Man enough to step up to the plate"? ... Why don't you be a man and step up to the plate and wager what you are asking AP to wager...

I've read enough on this board to understand that if you couldn't bash on Snyder it would pretty much render you speachless ... Nonetheless, if you are so confident in your bet then why don't you go ahead and bet that you also will not post again until next year?

Will never happen ... But, if he couldn't Snyder bash it would be the same as him not being able to post for a year.

Im the guy who thinks Mark Snyder sucks *ss as a coach.
Aaron Perkins is the guy who wants fans like me to shut my mouth.

Now ... either Mr. Perkins takes the bet ... or he doesnt.

  • By the way ... Im sure Aaron remembers me from HerdNation. I've spoke out against Snyder's poor coaching from the first time he walked onto the turf at the Joan.

Just curious ... You never answered the question that was posed to you ...

Are you willing to step up and wager what you are asking Aaron to?

You are asking him to wager never posting again ... While you only have to refrain from talking about Snyder ... Sounds fair to me  ::).

I guess the key word there for you is "direct" comment ...

Doesn't sound like much of a fair bet to me ...

Pretty much wide open to interpretation … I’m sure you would make your points with “indirect” comments about coach and aim your condescending toward the program and staff without using names …

  • Sweet.  Is it safe to assume that even though you hate me, you really actually hope you lose the bet.

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt on that and hope that I am correct.

  • I dont hate you nor any human being Aaron ... I simply think if a person knows anything at all about football ... there is no way they could say Mark Snyder is a good coach. I personally think Mark Snyder, if kept next year ... will distroy this programs reputation, which took 37 years to build since the plane crash. Im speaking about the reputation that has been built of being a winner. Now ... You can call me a basher, one that doesnt support the program, or whatever you chose.

Sure I want the Herd to win tomorrow ... nothing would make me more happy to see them finally win a ball game after 8 loses in a row. Here is the fact though ... Being happy about a win tomorrow will only last until the next game. Mark Snyder will be good for a few wins a season as long as he is here ... just how happy will you be in dealing with that?

  • First off, dont think you can ever find where I said Mark was a good coach.

I support Coach Snyder.  I only bash those "fans" who constantly rip on the team and on coach.

I just rewatched the USM game.  If you think we are actually a BAD team, then there is no way you are very smart when it comes to football.

Bad teams dont play in spurts like we do.

Bad teams lose games before they even start, bad teams get beat 42 tp 7 to everyont on their schedule.

We are not a bad team.

Coach Snyder is building something here and learning from mistakes.  Why would we want to get rid of him now and basically say, screw the last three years.

If we were to bring in Mickey Mathews (or any good 1-AA coach with HEAD COACHING experience) we would have a 7 win season next year.

Going the route we're headed we'll be lucky to win 4 games next year.
