  • All I know is that when he came to Ironton he led us to two SEOAL titles  and a state championship game. So I would like to thank the people of South Point for the gift. He was an all state performer the minute he got here.

  • Would Ironton want Snyder as head coach?  I don't think Ironton fans would be pumped up.

  • It looks as though ever time in Snyder's life when things didn't go his way he packed up and moved somewhere else. It's not going his way at Marshall, please  Mark, pack up and go somewhere else.

  • Graduated from Furman. Not sure after that.  his mom and dad got a divorce
and moved out of the neighbor hood. Funny thing Mark and Heath grew up in the same neighbor hood with me. we use to play alot of football, and heath was alot younger than us but he always wanted to play ....lol he was tough.

  • Was Snyder at South Point in 82 or Ironton?  If he was at SP I played against him as well, but I dont remember him for some reason.

  • I feel more like Charlie Brown when Lucy is holding the ball to be kicked.

That is because Snyder continues to defer, so we are always kicking.

Heath is back in the area and just built a very nice home on Hog Run . He is doing very well for himself and is still a great guy.

  • I'm a Coach Snyder supporter.  I like the way he is building the program and I think we will see some good results next year.  Even with this years young team and the injuries Marshall was in just about every game.  A couple of plays here and there would have been the difference: A sign of a young team.  To call for Coach's head when his first recruiting class was 2006 seems a bit unfair.

  • I think Snyder is doing a really poor job. The third year into the rebuilding there should be more evidence of progress. There are other teams who are young and injured, and they aren't showing their (@/:; like we are. We get blown out every game, except one, and we barely win that one. No excuses for the suckage this year.

Are you and I watching the same team? What I see is a team that is poorly prepared week after week and continues to make the same mistakes over and over.

The drubbing we took last week at UCF tends to lead me to believe this team has given up. This week's game will go a long ways in telling if this is in fact true. I look for an uninspired performance out of our herd this week. Nothing tells me it will be any different from the previous 8 losses.

What team are you watching? This team looks completely disorganized and totally unprepared. This has been the characteristics of the Snyder era!
