    • Jones looks like a good prosecution witness.  Long criminal history, gave two different statements regarding what happened that night, basically kicked out of the NFL and lost his job(s) because of his conduct, etc.  This guy could do more harm to the prosecutions case than good.  On the other hand, the Pope doesn't "make it rain" at strip clubs.
