Only way we dig out of this is if the new guy can bring in a couple of bigtime players and that is doubtful. We have no size at all except Spikes. No real "scorer" since Kane won't be here. And only one PG on the team. We need 3 things and we could be good. 1. A really good PG to sign. 2. A really good scorer to sign. 3. And a really good post player to sign to help out Spikes. We better hire a mracle worker and fast.

I think all he really needs to do is setup a good foundation for the future. He probably can't grab all three things you are asking for this year but he probably can next year. If he can just bring in 3-4 solid players who can score 11-12 points a game (when given sufficient minutes), rebound when needed, play good d and help out at the free throw line........we will look pretty respectable in 2011. The next recruiting class is the big one to watch IMO.
