likes eggplant? Got a garden full this yr with 4 diff kind. Today i had 12 Lady Fingers about 4 in long and big as your thumb. I cut off the ends and peeled em, then coated them with egg and set em over in cornmeal and salt and peppered those suckers. Then covered in meal and fried in olive oil with minced garlic....wow...what an appetizer and partner to cold Bud Light! Try it.
