Topic: Malware Warning...

Is anyone else getting a Malware Warning when they click on certain threads that says that the "link contains content from herbanmedia.com that is trying to install malicious software on your computer"?

I've got my firewall on high and am running two different Malware seekers and can't find anything on my machine, but several threads are giving me this warning as soon as I click the link and it won't let me read it because I'm getting that warning...

screenshot what you're talking about for me.  i dont see anything, but examinate said he saw something like what you're talking about.  get it to me and I'll follow up with my hosting company.

I saw it once, but I just figured my malware program thought I was not so smart too.

could be a sig or coming from any number of links posted daily.  if anyone sees anythingt get me a screenshot, the post it was coming from so I can follow up.

That's the one I got too.  I can't get a screen shot as it won't allow me to right click for options.  There are 6 threads that currently give it to me.  I to am using Chrome and that's where I first noticed it, so I went to IE of which I'm using the most current version and I still get it.  I haven't tried Firefox because I don't have it on this computer...I can try it tomorrow at work to see if it's happening on Firefox as well.

Problem solved.  It was coming from a Herd helmet signature.

If you had typed this in those weird little Russian or Greek letters, it wouldn’t have meant any less to this reader.

Problem solved.  It was coming from a Herd helmet signature. 

Yeah.. herdbanmedia.com is where I get the Alert from.
