for FTs. he needs to shoot more with his legs. he barely bends knees, and when he shoots it's like his legs straigten first then goes the arms. I think if he simply drops his butt more with knees bent, and comes up legs and arms together he'd improve drasticly. i think his head is messed up and he's focusing all on his follow through (backspin) to correct..not working.
you make FTs with your legs...bend your damn knees more, not just barely.
