From what I've read about him seems like he's a good hire as long as the D gets somewhat better next season, I'm glad he wants to do some man coverage because last season I got so frustrated watching the secondary play 10 yards back and get destroyed all the way down the field, as long as we get some good players at each set of players we should have a decent defense with some of the guys that have played for a few years.

Good read. You can tell Heater has a passion for the game and I think his love of the game will carry over to the players and ultimately the defense. Looks like a great hire.
