I'll admit that you idiots drinking green that green drank again! And there IS a strong correlation between QBs who turn it over, and losing football games!
Hey retard, to say nfl has not scouted him yet, could be the dumbest thing ive heard to date.
Let's ask Saban, or Kelly or any other successful coach how those turnovers work in our favor! Geez open your eyes, the turnovers are a problem.
If I'm a "retard" then it doesn't say much for you when one compares my punctuation and grammar to yours.
Here's the link to the NCAA's passing efficiency statistics:
http://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs/current/team/1030Froh's one pick is included, so it's not a completely accurate representation. It also only accounts for the regular season, so many of the listed quarterbacks have even more picks. As you'll note, if you take a look and can understand what the numbers say, even with the most attempts in the nation, by far, we we're 23rd in efficiency. Moreover, you can also see that in 607 attempts we threw 12 interceptions. 12. Total. Less than 2% of our throws were intercepted.
I guess we can ignore the 37 TD passes, the great completion percentage, the fact that we put the ball at risk more than any other team in the nation (tips, drops into DB's hands, batted balls: all things that caused some of our amazingly small number of interceptions this year), the fact that Cato lead the nation in yards as a true sophomore, and everything else and merely state that "interceptions are bad" and claim I'm a "retard" to "win the argument." Interceptions certainly don't help. However, any reasonable football fan with any type of understanding of how the game is played now can EASILY see that Cato took
remarkable care of the ball.
Moreover, to rebut your ridiculous assertion that Cato's draft status is somehow determined already. Not that it's even close to relevant to your "Cato throws too many interceptions argument," but outside of a few scouts looking at Cato while watching Dobson's tape or watching one of our games live for entertainment, no one has looked at Cato with any substance yet. Not even close. Why? He's not draft eligible. He's a true sophomore. Pro scouts have to fill their time scouting actual players that are eligible for the draft. They don't just randomly scout every single player in the nation. I work in a law firm that has licensed NFL agents. Have you ever talked to an actual pro scout? Do you have any idea how any of this even works? I'll go ahead and answer "no" for you so we don't have to discuss this anymore.
You can claim I'm a "retard" if it makes you feel better. That's fine. I don't take any offense to it and actually think it's funny. However, what does offend me is your silly and baseless attacks on one of the greatest hopes this football program has seen in 10 years. Cato's year was a masterpiece statistically. Anyone that says otherwise has an agenda or simply doesn't understand the game.
