HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- DeAndre Kane slumped in a chair in the media room of the Henderson Center on Saturday night.

He had his head down resting on his hands, which were folded on a table. He was dejected, disgusted and distraught after the 71-59 loss to No. 22 Memphis.

He squirmed in the chair as he suffered through the postgame interview session until a media member's question included a reference to Memphis being the best team in Conference USA.

Kane lightly rapped his right fist on the table six times and looked up.
