The first round games have never been televised since we've been in C-USA. CBSSN has always broadcast the quarters and semi's then CBS has the Saturday final.
All first round games are on All-Access whick means most likely also on http://www.firstrowsports.eu

No, I think IMG(?) has really shutdown all streaming outside of All Access. Your only really option other than being ripped off is firstrow

Just watch on firstrow. Plug your computer into your TV and there is very little difference.

Outside of the Big East I don't believe any other conference has their entire tournament broadcast on national TV.  Most of the SEC games are on the SEC Network (see local affiliate like WSAZ) and ESPN3.  A couple games are on ESPNU with a couple games on ESPNU in select markets.  Big Ten is on their network, Pac 12 is on their network for a while.  The ACC has most of their games on the ESPN network I believe but I know some are on the ACC Affiliates like SEC does.

To be honest for CUSA to have its quarterfinals and Semifinals on CBS Sports is pretty good.  If Marshall just took care of business nobody would have to worry about them being on TV.  Per the CUSA website, the first round games are on the CUSA Digital Network.  Maybe they will actually have good production online.  Who knows.
