  • Outside the courthouse in Mingo County.  Suspect shot and in custody.

Violent crime seems to be on the rise.  Sad.

  • Regardless of your political or moral beliefs the devaluing of life affects all of us.   When you start "aborting" 7,8 and 9 month old babies and see hundreds of people killed in violent crime in the big cities; even deeply religious people start to be affected.   it's the slippery slope of relatavism.    Infanticide along with "euthanasia" are the biggest corrupters of the value of life.   It's been shown time and time again in history.

The same can be said of laws and selective enforcement.  When you ship thousands of guns to criminals and thousands are killed but nothing is done because its  just Mexicans and you have 4 Americans killed including an ambassador sodomized to death and dragged through a city and no response at all then you've cheapened the value of life and others see weakness and know they can do whatever they want.

We have an attorney general selectively enforcing what he wants and looking the other way on anything else. That's the trait of a totalitarian regime and not a free country.

We have deeply errored in our warring activism.   We have no business going into sovereign countries and dictating how they should live.   However,  when attacked or violated we should immediately and harshly punish them.   We can't do that now since we've lost all credibility.   In Libya we should have responded with an immediate airstrike and killed everyone in the area of our ambassador being dragged through the streets.  Instead,  we have a perputual campaigner posign as a president  and Secretary of state more worried about campaigning than protecting our citizens.

it will get much, much uglier before it gets better.  I expect that at least one nuclear strike if not more will occur in the next 18 months.    A scary time for the world.

  • That last topic Spaldy scares me. I know many wouldnt agree with me, but the country side comes out of me when I hear North Korea talking the trash they are, I'd lay the law down quick and swift.

As for the sheriff that is incredibly sad. Any reason gave for it?

  • Worse, it will be an EMP.

THAT is what the north Koreans have been developing, not traditional nuclear weapons.

One decent sized EMP could put most of North America in the dark for years.
As much as I hate this administration, I think THAT is why they are creating, basically, a civilian army.
