  • Colorado legalized recreational use of Marijuana by anyone over the age of 21.  But it's still a crime under Federal law and considered a Schedule I Controlled Substance.  As a part of the Colorado law administrative rules were developed by the State of Colorado to regulate the new marijuana law.

It looks like the Colorado administrative rules are going to provide a road map for the federal authorities to track and prosecute growers, transporters and high volume sellers of marijuana.  Everyone in the manufacturing and distribution chain has to have a license # and it has to be on the "child proof package" used to distribute the marijuana to the final purchaser.

Is a zip lock bag child proof?  There goes the value of all that stock I bought in the companies that make zip lock baggies.   >:(
