Banowsky knows that the team receiving the most buzz in Conference USA is No. 23 Marshall. The Thundering Herd, who are 7-0, are one of four undefeated teams remaining in the country. If Marshall finishes the regular season undefeated and earns a spot in an elite access bowl, Banowsky said it would be a significant boost for Conference USA."It would elevate the program to a national status," he said. "It's a big deal and we would love to see that outcome."If Marshall does loss a game or two, Banowsky said the Thundering Herd would be a logical fit for the Boca Raton Bowl because of their large fan base and their history of recruiting in South Florida."If they stumble, I know they love South Florida," Banowski said. "We would definitely look at possibly bringing them."
Steinbrecher felt schools such as Northern Illinois, Ohio and Ball State would bring a large number of fans to Boca Raton.
Huh?
