If that is the case, Thunders, then I think our athletic department administration is narrow-minded, and I would question their vision for the future of our program. I respect Bob Pruett to death, but he should not have the final word on the new coach. He is obviously going to be loyal to his to guys, and he should be. This whole situation reminds me of what happened at North Carolina several years ago when Dean Smith retired right before the start of the season. There are too many quality candidates, such as Snyder and Peterson, out there to not go ahead with a systematic search for a new coach. This is not a knock on Kueck, it is a process that schools concerned about winning games year in and year out do to locate the best man for the job.
