  • If anyone seriously thought this game was a sellout I have some beach front property in Harts to sell cheap.
    Comp tickets prolly accounted for many of those seats.

    Exactly. Knew this one wasnt going to be near what maryland game had last season. Still the bigget crowd that stadium has seen since it the first game

  • Sellout doesn't equal butts in the seats. I bet more than 50% of tickets were given away to sponsors/ businesses etc

    Yeah some of the seats bought through MU were donated to groups in Dade county Florida.

  • I estimated 10k in the first qtr.  Cousin is on the Boca Raton board and he confirms all tickets were sold...MU got 5k, NIU got 5k and the rest were sold to local supporters, whether they gave them out or not.

    Most everyone not an MU or NIU fan left by halftime (Tuesday night before Christmas eve)
