My final four picks..........

Illinois
Wake Forest
North Carolina
Duke

I would find a quiet spot , alone and seriously rethink your selection, Wake will not make it past the Sweet 16 and in all likelyhood neither will North Carolina, Illinois while good had too many close calls especially with some teams that they should have blown out , Illinois will not make the finals and quite possibly will miss out on the final four.

Better look at one sleeper in particular, Oklahoma STATE

Check out Dook's record on neutral/away courts this year.  They are far better at Cameron Indoor than away from there.  I just can't see them making the Final Fourt.  Wake could make it but I doubt it.  UNC will make it if they play like they are capable of playing and not like the sleepwalking they did in the ACC tournament.  If I'm Roy Williams, this would not be a pleasant week of practice.
