sadly enough, before the 1 side of stadium field got condemned, it probably could've held the crowd that would show up for that game. obviously, kent wouldn't bring anybody. the 15 herd fans in pksbg would've been there + our usual traveling contingent.
I think you're talking about Big Red feild at PHS and you're probably right. However I wonder if Erikson on the south Side might be able to handle a crowd that would show up.
MU has always done a poor job of promoting itself in the state. While them ever playing a real game is unlikely, I think they could do more on the road in springtime. Like the thing at the Greenbrier last year of that they did at Oaks Field in SC a few years ago.
Sadly I think most of those few road shows have been brought about by nonMU people doing the work and MU slowly coming along.
As far as MU building support for itself in the state, I think MU is its' own worse enemy.
