  • Listening to the post-game radio show on the drive back home.  One of the broadcasters said "it is a very strong rumor that 2 or 3 of the coaches will be leaving for other jobs."  Any idea which coaches will be leaving for other jobs?  Please don't turn this into a I hate Doc and Legg link.

  • We have been very fortunate to keep the coaches we have over the last few years. Just hope we can keep Doc and Heater mainly.

  • My guess would be Heater and Mirabal - but would not be surprised if any of the coaches move on to higher paying gigs.

  • When a team is winning, other schools will come calling. Look at Alabama, Ohio State, etc... these are big name schools that are losing coaches. We're no different at least we're winning.

  • Bobby P. had coaches leaving and he seemed to promote from within.  A position coach to a coordinator, etc. on down the line.

  • Makes it easier to recruit and retain position coaches if you can promote from within.  As long as someone has shown the ability, I'm a proponent of it.
