Pitts, Wilkerson, Humphrey and several others are putting together nice professional careers outside of the NBA.

  • Thanks!!  Great info and updates on players many of us recall and enjoyed from last decade.  Hopefully most, if not all of them, have completed their degrees or will do so in the future.  Another former player, "leaping" Johnny Thomas, who transferred as a grad student from NC State and played one year, I believe is still with the Harlem Globetrotters, appearing in the Huntington-Charleston area this month!!

There are several other players who played at MU but didn't finish at MU that are still playing abroad and several others like Robert Goff who played as recently as 2015 but isn't currently on a roster anywhere. Other really recent players like JP Kambola and Cheikh Sane are also playing in foreign leagues. JP in his native Canada and Sane in Denmark.

  • Spikes in the D-League

    Tinnon in Germany

Tinnon was on the list.. Spikes was a big overlook.. He apparently had some bad heart issues after graduating and thought his bball career was over. After the doctors gave him the ok to return to playing Hassan Whiteside helped him get a look from the Heat's D-League squad.
