2 toddlers where found tied and chained in a backyard in San Antonio, Texas. What is wrong with people? This really touched my heart deep inside! just thinking of those poor kids being tied up like animals. I'm so happy that the kids were rescued. I hope the parents will pay dearly and the kids will find a happy home...

Sorry but some dudes need castrated to keep them from having kids and some women need to have their tubes tied and burned so they can't have any. Bunch of idiots!
