  • Yes Anderson did.  I'm also a Tony Pittman fan, but just no enough carries to go around.

Thought I heard Doc infer in an interview that Pittman has some physical/medical issue that limits his PT. Anyone know for sure?

No one can know for sure bc John makes up so much %^&* to deflect meaty questions, i.e. can't pass protect, that you never know what to believe about players. The whole situation with Chase and a few others at the end of the year last year that he lied about tells enough of that story. Just win baby.

  • We need to continue getting more and more playmakers on the field.  Obi is big!  Anderson is also a good back.  Avg. 3.9 per carry in "16."  Looks much better now vs last year.  I bet he could rack up big yards in a game.

  • Anderson is a good back in the wrong system. He is very much an ideal I form or singleback RB.

To those bringing Pittman up. My dad (who we are both huge Pittman fans)  said him and Foster both were smiling, having fun and working the team up every ST and when possible. Whether Pittman is getting carries, Foster getting passes or not, attitudes like that will go further in life than football ever will.

It's the same system that made Rockhead a star. I think that he needs to play more, but it's tough rotating 3 backs.  Also, I think both Robert Brown and Chris Barclay were excellent RB coaches.  PP is doing well and I hope he can continue the momentum.

  • I, for one, would love to see Legg employ a two back set on occasion, especially down in the Red Zone. Put Anderson in as a lead back in front of Keion, especially in must have, short yardage situations.  Or better still, some version of Pruitt's old "Jumbo" package, maybe with an extra tight end, Mitchell?, included in the deal.

  • This is a good problem to have. Anderson, Foster, and Pittman could most likely step in and perform. Right now KD and King are both homerun threats and I see why they are at the top of the chart. I feel very good about our RB situation.
