    • Roanoke (VA.) paper today indicated that Gate City, VA., basketball player Mac McClung announced on Twitter today that he has committed to Georgia.

    McClung apparently had been recruited to some extent by Coach D'Antoni and staff.  He had recently committed to Rutgers of the Big 10.  Apparently he was continuing to be recruited by Georgetown and new head coach, Patrick Ewing.  But today he indicated he has committed to Georgia.

    Who knows how many more "commitments" he'll make by the National Signing Day rolls around in early November.

    Oddly, the Roanoke paper also indicated that a top 100 recruit, a small forward, de-committed from Georgia and committed to Virginia Tech.

    Im going to bet and say he will also be sitting the bench at that power conference school. I agree , time to move on.
