Marshall head coach Dan D'Antoni said he thought the 6-foot-9 Bosnian also averaging 17.7 points and 9.7 rebounds might have a high ankle sprain.

"If it's not broken it will be two to three weeks," D'Antoni said, estimating how long Penava would be sidelined. "If it's broken, four to five weeks, probably more to five, sometimes six.
