Topic: 6 or 7 games left, should Chris Jackson be moved to Safety?

Certainly he is better athletically than he is as a cover guy. With Drayton gone, wonder what he could do back there at Safety, leaving the cover corners as they were for FAU?  Just thinking, others?

Hmmmm.  Interesting ....  but Jackson runs hunched over looking at the ground.  Noticed he’ always has his head down. Me thinks it’s some of the reason for his poor coverage skills.  Can’t run correctly.  My concern at S is he will not see the ball in the air.

Never noticed that, but that would certainly explain his many penalties.  I was just thinking about his hard-hitting tackles.

In fairness at Safety it’s a bit different than CB. I think he does well when things stay in front. He’s also shown a willingness to tackle. Could be a good fit letting him move around. Especially if he’s not having to run but more so able to play in front.

S might work but rather see youth.  What the heck happened to Kenard King.  He was a good st player last year and backup S at one time.

I thought some one mentioned him quitting and looking for a place to transfer after hearing  two walk ons were going to be the starting safeties.

He needs to sit on the sidelines. Absolutely terrible.
