CFP changing to 5+7 Format

  • What are your alls thoughts on this? I think there was a hope among G5 conferences that we would get 2 bids over the next couple years with the collapse of the PAC12, but they are working to change the 6+6 model to 5+7 asap. It has to be unanimous among the leagues though, so maybe the G5 can use some leverage to get something in return for voting to change it.

    I like the way you think, but there is probably fear that the P4 will shut the G5 completely out of the playoff next contract if we twist their arm to much while we have the leverage.
