The turnover in football assistants is one constant in college football. Donnan and Pruett had turnover in their assistants, some moved up and some moved down. Just like in the private workforce, people change jobs for a variety of reasons so I never worry too much about it; even when I am not wearing my aluminum foil hat. LOL.
I will say living in Florida, I am not surprised by a MU coach accepting an offer from a P5 program from Florida. Great weather and no state income tax has attracted a lot of WV residents to move to Florida.
Not to change the subject, but I do find it interesting that Dan hasn't had much turnover in assistants. Even Greg White attracted some great assistants who turned into D1 coaches. Since Dan is not considered a good college coach, I really wonder why his assistants stay with him?
