Looks like a good get.  Hate to be negative, but it's a long time before he is actually on campus.  We have been witness to people committing and not getting here.  Sure hope he makes.  Can't imagine how frustrating coaches find it with players transferring in and out.

a lot of D1 offers is always a good start.

like his footwork.  good arm.  good vision/decisive.  good athletic ability to get the ball down the field one way or another.  looks like he had a good OL in film i saw, which makes a world of difference

The best players at Dematha are very good.  They place high level high school teams.   He?s going against future D1 and pro players every practice and in every game.  About time the Herd figured out this area of football.  Baltimore has the same type of league.... MIAA I believe it?s called.

Yep, my being skeptical goes back to Doc. Doc always had commitments from 4 star players and very few of them ever made it to campus, much less to the field.

They play in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference. Their 2 biggest rivals are Gonzaga (Caleb Williams) and St. Johns, which is where the now transferred Caleb Coombs played. And I agree with McDrass, in that I don't know why it's taken them so long to recruit DC, Baltimore and Tidewater.

When Donnan was our coach, an independent TV station in the DC area carried The Thundering Herd Network football games on live local TV. TV exposure open the door for Donnan to recruit the area.  Pruett had been a high school head coach in NOVA and had a lot of contacts with high school coaches in the DC area. Pruett usually was responsible for recruiting the DC area for colleges when he had been an assistant college football coach.
